Here’s a sneak peek at season 21 of “Top Chef” in a trailer shared with us by Bravo. The new season, which was filmed in Wisconsin last summer, premieres March 20.
Milwaukee’s own Dan Jacobs, co-owner of DanDan, is competing on the show. Jacobs – who has worked in local restaurants including Wolf Peach and Odd Duck before opening DanDan and EsterEv – competes with 14 other contestants. The show uses a three-part progressive elimination format that includes the Quickfire Challenge, Elimination Challenge and the Judge’s Table.
