2. The Way Home

Local meditation teacher Ben Katt wrote this guidebook for people in their midlife. Combining his personal experience with spiritual wisdom and mythologies, the inspiring book aims to help readers stay connected to their hearts during this transitional time. It’s out Feb. 20.

SPRING TRAINING BEGINS FEB. 24
