The list of restaurants participating in Downtown Dining Week (June 6-13) is out. The names include The Capital Grille, Coquette Cafe, Hinterland, Kanpai, Karl Ratzsch’s, Mason Street Grill, Milwaukee ChopHouse, Sake Tumi, Smoke Shack, Umami Moto, Water Buffalo and Zarletti. If you haven’t been to DDW, this is how it works: The restaurants offer three-course prix fixe menus for lunch ($10) and dinner ($20-$30). The menus for these restaurants will be posted on the DDW website in mid-April.
