Tosa butter-and-flour wunderkind Rocket Baby Bakery (6822 W. North Ave.) has a really big baked good in the oven – its second location, Rocket Baby Bay View, targeted to open in late April at 2452 S. Kinnickinnic Ave. (in the lower level of the Dwell apartment complex). Each morning, pastries and baked goods will be delivered from Rocket Baby’s Tosa headquarters to the 575-square-foot satellite location. The space will emphasize takeout, but it’ll also have a few tables and chairs for customers to stay and eat.
