Race to the Finish
The Brewers Racing Sausages are an indelible image in my mind. In fact, two years ago the Sausages broke from their busy schedule and posed for our June City Guide cover. Very down-to-earth links, particularly Chorizo.… In honor of these most hallowed personalities, Miller Time Pub is offering the Racing Sausage Platter on its menu (through October). It’s either a meal for a group or one really hungry person. The five sausages (brat, hot dog, Polish, Italian and chorizo) come with a pound of French fries ($22). Mother Meal
You think I’d post a long list of restaurants just for grins? No, Mother’s Day (May 13) is the next Hallmark holiday. Will it be an FTD bouquet or a restaurant meal? Such weighty decisions. But figure it out soon, because restaurant reservations are necessary. Here are some local places offering brunches and the like:
