  • Are you Folk Fairing it this weekend? The three-day Milwaukee cultural event — offering food, music, dance, artisan crafts and more — runs Fri-Sun, Nov. 21-23.

  • The National Book Awards, which names winners in categories ranging from fiction and nonfiction to poetry, named the 2014 winners last night. 

  • The rebuilt East Branch of the Milwaukee Public Library opens Saturday, Nov. 22. Festivities include a ribbon-cutting at noon, followed by live entertainment.
