  • Mark Borkowski will become the newest member of the Milwaukee Common Council after defeating state Sen. Tim Carpenter in a special election held Tuesday.
  • It’s “full speed ahead” for the Couture high rise development, Rick Barrett tells BizTimes, after Preserve Our Parks has dropped its fight against the apartment tower.
  • According to the Minn Post, most families would save on taxes by moving from Wisconsin to Minnesota.
  • During the Milwaukee Comedy Festival, Milwaukee Record brought in several comedians to roast Milwaukee, and now you can listen to it in podcast form.
  • The top selling artist in Nielson Soundscan history, Garth Brooks, will headline the BMO Harris Bradley Center on Sept. 25 and 26.
