Locust Street Festival of Music & Art Is Canceled

The beloved festival won’t be back this year.

Organizers of the Locust Street Festival of Music & Art announced that the 2022 festival is canceled on their website

The street festival, which was scheduled for June 12, anticipated six stages with local musicians, along with beer and food vendors. The last two years’ festivals were canceled because of the pandemic. The last festival was in 2019.

The organizers did not immediately reply to Milwaukee Magazine‘s request for comment on why the event is cancelled.
