Scott Walker received lots of support, negative comments and page views from people in Wisconsin over the past few weeks. But he didn’t want them. Why? He’s the wrong Scott Walker. Scott Walker received lots of support, negative comments and page views from people in Wisconsin over the past few weeks. But he didn’t want them. Why? He’s the wrong Scott Walker. In a pretty funny case of mistaken online identity, a news anchor from New Orleans caught flack and support following the recall election on Tuesday.

Walker shared a few of his favorite Tweets from election night on his blog and responded to the situation on the news.

The best part? The two have actually met. The anchor interviewed the Governor in Wisconsin last year – same name jokes were had. Watch the interview here. Walker actually interviewed at WISN in Milwaukee back in 2005 – back when Gov. Walker was Milwaukee County Executive.
