Sparkly what? Who can explain the reason for this blinged-out curiosity but Beth Nicols, executive director of Milwaukee Downtown, BID #21? Nicols describes it as a “prototype” of the decorations the BID will display during the next holiday season. It went up so they could “test installation and experiment with various approaches…

Who can explain the reason for this blinged-out curiosity but Beth Nicols, executive director of Milwaukee Downtown, BID #21? Nicols describes it as a “prototype” of the decorations the BID will display during the next holiday season. It went up so they could “test installation and experiment with various approaches and hardware.” In any event, the bling will disappear next week. But don’t worry. The holiday season begins roughly three months from now.
