Though this spot specializes in burritos, its jack and cheddar cheese with green onion on a flour tortilla is sure to do the trick. Add chicken, steak, birria or pulled pork for $4.50.

Birria quesadillas went viral not too long ago, and Señor Gorditos is a local spot to find them. It’s a corn tortilla filled with cheese and birria, served with a side of birria broth to dip.
4. Tu Casa Mexican Restaurant & Bar

At Tu Casa, you will find a quesadilla dinner with your choice of chicken, ground beef, steak, al pastor or rajas de chile poblano. Available in either a corn or flour tortilla, this dinner comes with a side of rice, beans and sour cream.
5. Belair Cantina

Belair Cantina has a traditional quesadilla on a flour tortilla with a side of crema, lettuce and pic de gallo. The menu also features a quesabirra – it’s a flour tortilla prepared in birra oil, filled with slow cooked birria beef, habanero crema and served with a consommé for dipping.

Los Mariachis has quesadillas galore. Choose between a plain, combination, beef, cheese, steak or shrimp quesadilla from the appetizer menu.
7. Margarita Paradise

At Margarita Paradise, there are four different quesadillas to choose from. A breakfast quesadilla of scrambled eggs filled with melted chihuahua and cheddar cheese served with sour cream and ranchero sauce on the side. Or you can go for a classic quesadilla served with guacamole, lettuce and tomatoes. If you are really in the mood to celebrate, there’s a quesadillas supreme order with a choice of steak, chicken or pastor with the works. And finally, a fajita quesadilla with sautéed bell peppers, onions, cheese and your choice of steak of grilled chicken.
