Summerfest Roadblocks Did Not Stop This Star-Studded 2021 Lineup

Trust us, you’re going to want to see at least one of them.

The organizers of Summerfest have had to clear more than their fair share of obstacles to plan a festival this year. But they’ve just leaped over the biggest one: finding headliners to play their new dates of September 2-4, 9-11, and 16-18, 2021.

Not all of the musicians who were originally slated to play this year were available on those dates. And so they had to make some substitutions. But you’d never know it. Because the lineup they just released looks like a dream.

The Jonas Brothers and the Dave Matthews Band will be headlining the kick-off concerts each weekend, along with another mystery artist or band yet to be announced.

And other headliners include Chance the Rapper, Miley Cyrus, Luke Bryan, Chris Stapleton and the Zac Brown Band.

Audiences will also get to see Run the Jewels, Wilco, Nelly, Rise Against, Joan Jett and the Blackhearts, Bleachers, Diplo and many, many more bands.

“We could not be more excited to unveil the lineup for Summerfest and introduce a new festival format;  more weekends and more headliners, promises to be a big hit among our fans.,” Don Smiley President and CEO of Milwaukee World Festival, Inc. says. “From first timers, including Chance the Rapper, Miley Cyrus, and Run the Jewels, to Fest favorites including Dave Matthews Band, T-Pain, Styx, and Chris Stapleton, our lineup continues to be one of the most diverse and unique in the industry.”

You can see the full lineup, and learn more about purchasing tickets, on the festival’s website.
