After some treacherous weather closed the Apostle Islands Ice Caves earlier this week, the caves are back open. With temps expected to warm this weekend, the caves’ accessibility is expected to be short-lived.



By 2018, the Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus will no longer use elephants in its performances. The circus (which occasionally performs in Milwaukee) is responding to concern over how the animals are treated.
