Morning Links for Feb. 22, 2016

Donald Trump’s win in South Carolina, Jeb Bush exits the race, renewal in West Allis, and a Megabus bound for Milwaukee.

Good morning, and welcome to Monday.

  • The Wisconsin State Journal runs through the bills the State Assembly did not vote on in its last major floor session of the year.
  • In a new cover story, BizTimes Milwaukee takes a look at the renewal underway in West Allis, highlighted by a new $65 million mixed use project led by Mandel Group.
  • The New York Times‘ “Frugal Traveler” columnist, Lucas Peterson, was on a Megabus bound for Milwaukee. The bus caught fire and exploded, and Peterson documented the experience on Twitter. Luckily, no one was injured.
