Story Hill BKC (5100 W. Bluemound Ave.) is grabbing a couple of barrels from the cellar and tapping a 2018 Founders Brewing CBS Imperial Stout and a 2019 KBS Imperial Stout. The barrel-aged standouts will be available at 4 p.m.
The traveling release party for Lakefront Bumble Bear Honey Brown Ale wraps up this week at Camp Bar Shorewood (4044 N. Oakland Ave.) at 6 p.m.
Thursday, Feb. 3
Fermentorium founder Kristopher Volkman kicks off The History of Craft Breweries, part of the West Bend Lecture Series at Moraine Park Technical College (2151 N. Main St., West Bend). The learning takes place from 6 to 7:30 p.m. and is free (registration is required). It’s the first of four lectures in the series.

Friday, Feb. 4
1840 Brewing has a triple release over the weekend. Choose from Funky Doc Rae – a collaboration that puts a Brettanomyces twist on The Explorium Brewpub’s Scotch ale – the classic Cashmere Sweater DIPA or Hopsta La Vista Baby Pale Ale. All three beers are available for presale on Friday at 9 a.m. but they’ll be tapped on Wednesday so you can get a taste first.
Saturday, Feb. 5
Central Waters Brewing Milwaukee (1037 W. Juneau Ave.) is releasing Deep Breaths, a Baltic porter made with barrel-aged Pilcrow Coffee. It will be available to-go in four packs.
A beer dinner gives you a reason to get the ballpark before the baseball season (hopefully) starts. A Restaurant To Be Named Later at American Family Field hosts the four-course dinner with Leinenkugel’s. Cost is $65 plus gratuity; seating begins at 6 p.m.
Sunday, Feb. 6
1840 Brewing is pouring its brews at the Winter Beer Garden at Mount Bayside (9075 N. Regent Rd., Bayside). Enjoy sledding and sipping from noon to 4 p.m.
Make a heart-themed macramé hanging and have a beer or two in the process. New Barons Brewing Co-op (2018 S. 1st St.) is hosting an arts and crafts night led by Kate Sandoval of Knots and Braids. Just $50 gets you the materials you need, the training and a beer.
Faklandia Brewing (3807 S. Packard Ave.) hosts a one-hour brewery yoga session at 10 a.m. Cost is $25 and includes a beer (or kombucha) after the workout.
