Cream City Swirl (2663 S. Kinnickinnic Ave., 414-897-8769) jhas officially opened. The business serves gelato, frozen yogurt and various kinds of made-to-order sweet crepes. Visit the shop during these hours: Sun-Thurs 11 a.m.-8:30 p.m.; Fri-Sat 11 a.m.-10 p.m., Sun 11 a.m.-8:30 p.m.
