Most Employees Feel Trapped Sometimes

A survey by a consulting firm owned by the Manpower Group has found that only about 16 percent of U.S. employees disagree with the statement “Sometimes I feel trapped in my current job and want to find a new position elsewhere.” Some 84 percent agreed, with the majority of those “strongly” agreeing. Which raises the question, wasn’t technology supposed to free us from the drudgery of work? Whatever happened to that? Part of Right Management’s point is that you, Mr. or Mrs. Business Leader, should shell out for their consulting services, to make your employees happier with their plight.
