If you’re reading this, chances are you have a place to keep cool from the heat, and if you get thirsty, you can help yourself to a fresh glass of water when you want. Others are not so lucky.
Repairers of the Breach, the city’s only daytime homeless shelter, is in urgent need of bottled water, which can be dropped off at its center located at 1335 W. Vliet St., open between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m. daily. Many members of the Breach cannot access drinking water at night and rely solely on bottled water.
