Brady Street Festival Attracts 16 Wisconsin Artisan Cheesemakers

Breathe in the dairy air. When Brady Street Festival takes place on Saturday July 27 (11 a.m.-midnight), part of the day will be devoted to Cheesefest (11 a.m.-5 p.m.). Temptations beyond the Cheese Curd-eating Contest await. Sixteen Wisconsin artisan cheese makers will offer their products to sample and buy. The businesses include: BelGioioso, Carr Valley (which makes the award-winning Cocoa Cardona), Sartori, Holland’s Family Farm (known for Marieke Gouda), Noble View Creamery, and Cedar Grove/Clock Shadow (Quark cheese is one of their).
