Bicycle bonanza this week at Discovery World

Discovery World and South Shore Cyclery will be hosting Pedal Power this week to help you  get geared up for bike season. This first-ever, week-long event will showcase everything bicycles – from the history to new equipment, safety and maintenance.   Here is what you can expect to find: -Vintage Bike Display. Learn the unique history of the bicycle. 1 p.m. daily. – Hot new gear including different types of bikes and accessories. -Maintenance clinic. It’s finally time to learn how to fix your own flat! 12 and 3 p.m, daily.  $5; $4 members. -Gold Sprint time trials. Challenge yourself…

Pedal Power will run from Monday, April 9-Friday, April 13 from 9 a.m.-5  p.m. at Discovery World  (500 N. Harbor Drive). Admission is $16.95 for adults,  $12.95 for children and free for members. For more information, click here.
