Milwaukee Brewers’ No. 8 is lending his number to the Brookfield restaurant-to-be from SURG Restaurant Group (known for opening Ryan Braun’s Graffito). Green Bay Packers’ No. 12, Aaron Rodgers, is offering up his number, too. For the restaurant called 8-twelve. You may have read about it last week in Dish on Dining. Notice that the logo has now changed slightly from the one shown in Dish, which originally had a star in place of the hyphen. But some interpreted it as an asterisk, which could have taken on an unintended connotation given Braun’s tumultuous off-season.
