Supermoon Beer Co. (3145 S. Howell Ave.) is releasing Cherrybier, a delicious-sounding blended farmhouse beer aged in French oak and refermented with Door County cherries. Presale is available now and pick up starts on Wednesday from 4 to 9 p.m.
The weekly release at 1840 Brewing Co. (342 E. Ward St.) is Creepfunk Haze, a double dry-hopped creation that shows up yearly. Wednesday is also when Eras at 1840 happens. They’re celebrating Taylor Swift with deals on pours of Saaz It Off Ale and I Forgot That You Existed Barleywine.

O’Brien’s Irish-American Pub (4928 W. Vliet St.) is the site of the latest release in Lakefront Brewery’s My Turn Series. Starting at 6 p.m. you can try Stodola Czech Dark Lager.
Try samples from Hinterland Brewery at Discount Liquor Milwaukee (5031 W. Oklahoma Ave.) from 3 to 6 p.m.
Stevens Point Brewery is handing out samples at Discount Liquor Waukesha (919 N. Barstow St.) from 3 to 5 p.m.
Friday, Dec. 15
The Nightmare Before Biermas is happening at Eagle Park Brewing (S64 W15640 Commerce Center Pkwy., Muskego) on Friday and Saturday. This means a beer tour that includes a flight of three new releases – Tiki Dave’s Zombie Sour, Ekto Kooler Seltzer and Barrel Aged Wrong Way Stout. Tickets for the fun are just $20.
Lakefront Brewery is handing out samples from 3 to 5 p.m. at Discount Liquor Milwaukee.
Discount Liquor Waukesha is offering samples from Toppling Goliath from 3 to 6 p.m.
Saturday, Dec. 16
Steez headlines Creepfunk Christmas starting at 7 p.m. at The Cooperage (822 S. Water St.). The show also marks the release party for 1840’s Creepfunk Haze (see above).
Sahale Ale House (1505 Wisconsin Ave., Grafton) is throwing a Sahaliday Party from noon to 10 p.m. There’s a Christmas cookie contest, a food drive, holiday music, and more. The event benefits Family Sharing.
Celebrate Kitchmas at Gathering Place Brewing (811 E. Vienna Ave.) from 4 to 10 p.m. Three new beers will be released and there will be all sorts of holiday fun.
Black Husky Brewing (909 E. Locust St.) hosts the Red Magic Holiday Art Market from noon to 5 p.m. See arts and crafts from Native American artisans.
Brasserie d’Achouffe (noon to 2 p.m.) and MobCraft (1 to 3 p.m.) are pouring samples at Discount Liquor Waukesha.
Sunday, Dec. 17
Ray’s Growler Gallery (8930 W. North Ave.) is the site of Ray’s Holiday Soirée from noon to 5 p.m. The festive event includes gingerbread house building, ugly sweaters and plenty of holiday libations.
Canine Cupids’ 7th Annual Packer Bash happens at Ope! Brewing Company (6751 W. National Ave.) at 11:30 a.m. Watch the Packers and participate in raffles, a silent auction and more to benefit the non-profit dog rescue.
The 53212 Marketplace comes to Amorphic Beer (3700 N. Fratney) from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. More than 30 vendors will be there.
