ALL WEEKEND | MARCUS CENTER FOR THE PERFORMING ARTS

Six showtimes remain of the touring Hamilton that’s parked its bus outside the Marcus Center. Follow the rise of Founding Father Alexander Hamilton during this production of the Pulitzer Prize-winning story. Tickets are available on the Marcus Center’s website

2. Steely Dane

For the first time, this 13-piece Wisconsin-based Steely Dan tribute will play through the entirety of Aja and singer Donald Fagen’s The Nightfly. Buy tickets online to see this double-album show by Dane County’s award-winning musicians.

3. Right in the Eye

SATURDAY AT 4 P.M. AND 7 P.M. | ORIENTAL THEATRE

This screening will set 12 of Georges Méliès’ pioneering works to live music, over a century past their cinema debut. Created by Jean-François Alcoléa and praised by Méliès’ great-great-granddaughter, Right in the Eye features a multi-layered score performed by three virtuoso musicians, bringing new life to silent films.
