Wednesday, Oct. 11

Another fall wreath making class comes to The Tap Yard – Waukesha (1927 Sunset Dr.). The $60 ticket gets you a free beverage when you arrive and all of the tools to make a cool decorative wreath.

There are two beer releases this week at 1840 Brewing Company (342 E. Ward St.). I Forgot That You Existed is a barleywine aged in both bourbon and wine barrels. Michael Milders is a low ABV (4%) English ale.

Thursday, Oct. 12

Supermoon Beer Co. (3145 S. Howell Ave.) teams up with Hot Dish Pantry for a pierogi and beer pairing. Just $24 gets you three pierogi served with three Supermoon beers. The fun lasts from 4 to 8 p.m. and getting a ticket in advance is recommended.

Pilot Project (1128 N. 9th St.) is hosting an Oktoberfest beer dinner from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Tickets for the seasonally-themed, five-course dinner are $75 and seating is limited.

Friday, Oct. 13

Try samples from 3 Floyds Brewing at Discount Liquor Milwaukee (5031 W. Oklahoma Ave.) from 4 to 6 p.m.

Hinterland Brewery is handing out samples at Discount Liquor Waukesha (919 N. Barstow St.) from 3 to 5 p.m.

Saturday, Oct. 14

It’s Limb Shaker Day at both Gathering Place Brewing locations (811 E. Vienna Ave. and 7208 W. North Ave.). The Belgian-style tripel made with Door County cherries will be on tap and available in a limited amount of bottles. Gathering Place is also pouring vintages as old as 2017, so you can taste how it ages.

New Barons Brewing Co-op (2018 S. 1st St.) celebrates Halfway to 414 Day with a party from 2 to 6 p.m. There are great giveaways and they’ll be releasing Experience Milwaukee Hoppy Lager.

The Depot Beer Garden wraps up the season with an Oktoberfest celebration from noon to 8 p.m. Head to Old Falls Village Park (N96 W15791 County Line Rd., Menomonee Falls) for food, music and beer from Broken Bat Brewing.

Layman Brewing (6001 W. Madison St.) is having an old fashioned fish boil. The annual event starts at 5 p.m. and costs $20.

Minocqua Brewing and Rocky Reef Brewing are offering samples at Discount Liquor Milwaukee from noon to 3 p.m.

Sample beers from Revolution Brewing from noon to 2 p.m. at Discount Liquor Waukesha.

Sunday, Oct. 15

Lakefront Brewery is a proud participant in Wolski’s anniversary block party. The party runs from noon to 6 p.m. and celebrates the fact that Wolski’s (1836 N. Pulaski St.) has been in business for 115 years. That’s a lot of bumper stickers. Cheers to one of Milwaukee’s finest taverns.

Ray’s Growler Gallery (8930 W. North Ave.) hosts a Bottle Sharing is Caring event to benefit the Milwaukee LGBT Community Center. Grab a bottle from the cellar and head to Ray’s from 2 to 5 p.m.

Clover Plant Shop is having a pop-up at Component Brewing (2018 S. 1st St.) from 1 to 4 p.m. If you buy a plant you get a round of buy-one, get-one beers.
