The Beer Keep returns to New Barons Brewing Co-op (2018 S. 1st St.) at 5:45 p.m. Attendees get to taste different versions of a SMASH lager and decide which one is ready for the public to taste.
Wednesday, July 9
The Fermentorium is the beer of the month at Magellan’s on Main Street (370 W. Main St., Waukesha). Try samples from the Cedarburg brewery from 5 to 7 p.m.
Sprecher Brewing’s Traveling Beer Garden makes a stop at McCarty Park (8214 W. Cleveland Ave.) until July 20. Hours are 5 to 9 p.m. on weekdays and 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. on weekends.
Learn how to become a beer snob at Eagle Park Brewing (S64 W15640 Commerce Center Pkwy., Muskego) at Beer Snob School, which starts at 7 p.m. Try three beer samples and learn about them for $15.

It’s time to pick your Milwaukee favorites for the year!
The Triple Taproom (2018 E. North Ave.) is hosting a release party for Milwaukee Uncut Tropical Pale Ale from 5 to 9 p.m. The beer is a collaboration between 3 Sheeps Brewing and the Milwaukee Uncut podcast.
Make a cool mosaic at The Tap Yard – Waukesha (1927 E. Sunset Dr.) during a two-hour workshop that starts at 6:30 p.m. The $50 ticket includes materials, instruction and a beverage to help you get started.

The Havenwoods Summer Sounds Concert Series kicks off at Havenwoods Taproom and Beer Garden (5840 N. 60th St.). The six week series features live music from 6 to 8:30 p.m.

Amorphic Beer (3700 N. Fratney Ave.) hosts another Crops on Top beer pairing dinner at 7 p.m.
Try samples from Revolution Brewing and Mash Gang (a non-alcoholic brewery) at Discount Liquor Milwaukee (5031 W. Oklahoma Ave.) from 3 to 5 p.m.
Saturday, July 12
Learn about our furry winged friends and have a beer or two during Bats and Brews at The Tap Yard – Brookfield (2925 N. Barker Rd.). From 7:30 to 8:30 p.m., naturalist Caroline Frantz will provide education about bats and lead a short hike to find some in the wild.
Discount Liquor Milwaukee has samples from Gathering Place Brewing and Sahale Ale Works from noon to 2 p.m.
Revolution Brewing offers samples at Discount Liquor Waukesha (919 N. Barstow St.) from 1 to 3 p.m.
Sunday, July 13
The Tap Yard – West Bend (4875 County Hwy. Z) hosts the second annual Taste of Washington County, a food truck fest featuring only the locals.
Like desserts? Head to The Tap Yard – Brookfield for the first ever Dessert Food Truck Fest from noon to 6 p.m.

Saturday, July 19: Vennture Brew Co. (5519 W. North Ave.) celebrates its seventh anniversary with party, of course. In the ‘burbs, Three Cellars (N72 W13400 Lund Ln., Menomonee Falls) gives people a chance to brew a beer with them. For $10 you can pitch in and brew a hazy pale ale.
Saturday, July 26: Milwaukee Brewfest sets up shop on the lakefront for its 15th year. Tickets start at $75.
