The second Winter Indoor Block Party comes to Indeed Brewing (530 S. 2nd St.) from 5 to 8 p.m. The event includes vendors from Black-owned businesses. A portion of all sales benefit MKE Black.
Thursday, Dec. 16
New Barons Brewing Co-op (2018 S. 1st St.) hosts its holiday party from 4 to 11 p.m. Santa will be there and there will be food to snack on. Co-op members are asked to bring their best Christmas cookies and attendees can vote on their favorite.
Merriment Social (240 E. Pittsburgh Ave.) and 1840 Brewing are teaming up for A Very Merriment Christmas Party. The fun runs from 5 to 11 p.m. and includes a tasty food menu and beer. The cost is $100 and benefits charity.
Friday, Dec. 17
MobCraft Beer is taking over the taps at Club 400 Bar & Grill (322 Williams St., Waukesha) and bringing some good stuff with them. Padishah barrel-aged stout will be one of the five beers on tap from 6 to 8 p.m.
The weekly release from 1849 Brewing Co. (342 E. Ward St.) should be a good one. Sword Ceremony is a triple IPA and a collaboration with Drekker Brewing. Presale for bottles starts at 9 a.m.
Saturday, Dec. 18
It’s a busy day at Third Space Brewing (1505 W. St. Paul Ave.). The brewery is releasing the final variants in its latest Deconstructed Dessert barrel-aged stout series. The Pecan and The German Chocolate are already available for presale and can be picked up starting at noon. The Ugly Sweater Party also starts at noon. Wear your holiday best and get a free pint for your fashion efforts.
Supermoon Beer Company (3145 S. Howell. Ave) has a pair of releases happening this weekend. Cellargeist is a gin-barrel blended saison, and Gloe is a mixed fermentation saison fermented in French oak. Preorder fo pickup on Saturday and Sunday from noon to 7 p.m.
Toppling Waters barrel-aged stout will be pouring at The Brass Tap (7808 W. Layton Ave.). When the doors open at 11 a.m. they’ll have a number of beers from both Central Waters and Toppling Goliath on tap.
Santasy, a Christmas block party, is coming to Gathering Place Brewing (811 E. Vienna Ave.) from 4 to 10 p.m. The party includes Storm and Stress Schwarzbier, food trucks, music, and more than 100 light-up Santas.
You’ll earn your free beer after a Shred & Stretch session at Broken Bat Brewery (135 E. Pittsburgh Ave.). The 60-minute workout includes 30 minutes of high-intensity interval training and 30 minutes of yoga. Cost is $10.
Black Husky Brewing (909 E. Locust St.) is hosting a Christmas cookie exchange at 4 p.m. Bake a batch of cookies and exchange them for more. There will also be an ornament painting table for the young ones.
Sunday, Dec. 19
Wrap up the week with beer yoga at MobCraft Beer (505 S. 5th St.) at 11 a.m. The cost is $25 and includes a post-workout beverage.
