A message on the Song Chest Radio Hour website states: “We’ll do some reading. We’ll do some chatting. And we’ll do some singing along as well. It’s the beginning of a long journey; thanks for coming along with us.”
Vernon, who will curate each episode, founded the indie folk band Bon Iver in 2006. Bon Iver released its debut album For Emma, Forever Ago, in July 2007.
Bon Iver will perform in Europe in October and November after having completed the U.S. portion of its 2022 tour. Earlier this year, the band released a 10th anniversary edition of its Grammy-winning album “Bon Iver, Bon Iver.”
