The sounds of the Chicago Transit Authority will be heard in Cathedral Square at this week's Jazz in the Park.

East Town’s Jazz in the Park celebrates its 25th anniversary in 2016 and Milwaukee Magazine is partnering with the iconic Downtown Milwaukee event for all sorts of giveaways and other goodies throughout the summer!

Jazz in the Park will be featuring Chicago Tribute Anthology, performing live from 5 to 9 p.m. on Aug. 18. Chicago Tribute Anthology is a seven member rock ‘n’ roll band that covers music primarily from the classic rock group Chicago Transit Authority — better known as just “Chicago” — also has a repertoire that features songs from the Beatles, Lynyrd Skynyrd and Steely Dan. From Stevie Wonder to Tony Bennett, the band’s members also have experience working with the best of the best.
