Beer
Now is the perfect time to taste test some brews before the summer season starts. The Schlitz Audubon Nature Center (1111 E Brown Deer Rd.) hosts Flight Night on Thursday, May 2, from 6-9 p.m. Tickets are $60 and include samples from seven well-known Wisconsin breweries. You can also meet several of the center’s raptors, including hawks, falcons and a Bald Eagle.
Some may say it is the best week of the year: Milwaukee Beer Week returns from May 3-7 at various locations throughout Milwaukee. Central Waters kicks off the week followed by a brunch, a patio party, a one-year anniversary party, brewery tours, axe throwing and more.

There may have been a snowstorm last year, but that’s not stopping them this year. The 7th annual Crafts and Drafts Spring Beer Fest returns on Sunday, May 5, starting at noon at American Serb Hall (5101 W Oklahoma Ave.). Expect to try new beers as well as previous favorites.
Rummage
Punk Rock Rummage Sale – Mother’s Day Edition
In the market for some punk items or old records? Punk Rock Rummage Sale takes over Club Garibaldi’s (2501 S Superior St.) on Saturday, May 5, starting at 4 p.m. There will be over 20 vendors selling a variety of items including vintage clothes, antiques, records, books and lots more. They are also hosting an animal food drive with the Wisconsin Human Society. Bonus? The first 80 people to come get a free gift.
Geek Out
The “mall for geeks” is coming. GeekCraft Expo comes to Milwaukee May 4-5 starting at 10 a.m. at Turner Hall Ballroom (1040 N 4th St.). All the items at GeekCraft Expo are unique and in limited quantity, and most are handmade and of course, geeky. Admission is free if you pre-register beforehand.

The legendary performer and pop icon P!nk is bringing her talents to Milwaukee. P!nk travels to Milwaukee on Thursday, May 2, at 7:30 p.m. at Fiserv Forum (1111 Vel R. Phillips Ave.). The singer comes as part of her “Beautiful Trauma World Tour 2019” Tour. The singer will perform fan favorites such as “Just Give Me A Reason” and “Raise Your Glass” as well as newer songs like “Beautiful Trauma” and “Barbies.”

The second you start to feel some warmth in the air means the Brewers must be having seasonal specials. The Brewers are kicking off their exciting season with Star Wars Night on Saturday, May 4, starting at 6:10 p.m. Purchase the Star Wars Night ticket package for a seat and a collectible Orlando Calrissian bobblehead.

Milwaukee Maifest at Estabrook Beer Garden
There’s definitely a special feeling in Milwaukee when beer gardens open for the summer. Join other Milwaukeeans for the start to beer garden season May 2-5 at the Estabrook Beer Garden (4610 Estabrook Parkway). On May 2, the first day of kickoff, there will be free beer from 5:30-6:30 p.m. For the rest of the weekend, there will be live music, beer, food, contests and more.
