The world’s largest light maze is coming to Milwaukee later this year for the holiday season. The maze will take over Franklin Field (7035 S. Ballpark Dr., Franklin), home of the Milwaukee Milkmen, as part of Enchant Christmas from Nov. 24 through Dec. 31.
Enchant Christmas is an an over 10-acre festival that features a holiday light maze, local village and ice-skating rinks. ROC Ventures, the Milwaukee sports and entertainment management company that manages teams like the Milkmen and the Wave, teamed up with Enchant Christmas to bring the festival to Milwaukee this winter.

It’s time to pick your Milwaukee favorites for the year!
“[The event] will be a magical opportunity for people who come on out,” ROC Ventures CEO Michael Zimmerman said.
Out of the five other selected cities, Milwaukee is the furthest north by over 1,200 miles. The closest Enchant Christmas city is St. Petersburg, Florida. But Zimmerman isn’t worried about frigid weather.
“[The] weather could be a challenge,” Zimmerman said, “[but] Christmas feels better when it’s a little chillier.”

The festival is expecting a total attendance of over 300,000 patrons. Zimmerman said he wants to make this event a staple of the region. “[We’re] trying to make this… a community event, something that’s going to be here year after year.” Before this festival, Franklin Field will host a Tacos and Tequilas Festival, the Savannah Bananas, an event that has a waiting list of over “30,000 patrons,” and a horror themed “The Hill Has Eyes” Halloween event.
Early-bird tickets are now available and can be purchased online. The early-bird deal runs until June 25 and features surprise perks.
