The October issue of Milwaukee Magazine, featuring our Reasons To Love Milwaukee cover story, is on newsstands now.
But this annual issue has been in the works for quite a while. Editor Kurt Chandler, Associate Editor Claire Hanan (who edited the feature) and I sat down to discuss how the Milwaukee Magazine staff put the story together, telling the city’s positive stories, some of our favorite ‘Reasons,’ the upcoming Reasons To Love Milwaukee Party on Oct. 22 at the Milwaukee Public Museum — which features a first look at the reimagined “Streets of Old Milwaukee.”
