Catching a cold is bad. Catching playoff fever is good!  When I think of all the money attached to pro sports, I cringe. It’s everything–player salaries, ticket costs, parking costs, costs inside the park and of course the cost of shirts and all the other fun things to buy. Plus, too many athletes just do idiot things. It’s crazy and sometimes I wonder why I’m such a fan. I didn’t know much about Milwaukee before moving here. I’d only been here once for a quick overnight stay. It was so long ago, I couldn’t even tell you what I did. I was (and still am) pretty new to the city. In just 18 months, I’ve seen a lot of memorable things: my first Summerfest, a Bronze Fonz, a record flood, a winged museum, a blizzard, and a political uprising. Wow!
