On the Rise: Whitestone Station

Big times at Whitestone Station.

Whitestone Station
Approx. $90 million* / Falls Parkway and Roosevelt Drive, Menomonee Falls

Near the center of Menomonee Falls, a triangle of land has gone through an upheaval in recent years, from an industrial boneyard to what’s now called “Whitestone Station.” Construction of this mixed-use patchwork began in 2013 with the opening of a new Costco and grew to include luxury apartments, a sports medicine facility and a potpourri of retailers, including Ulta Beauty and Home- Goods. The latest of several smaller buildings on the site was finished this fall, and a couple eateries are expected to open up inside in mid-January: Mooyah Burgers and Firehouse Subs. And that’s not all. This summer, a new hotel will debut on the site under Hilton’s Home2 Suites brand.
