A manhunt is underway in Kenosha for a man wanted after a crime spree.   And the Nobel Peace Prize winner for Literature is… Bellarussian writer Svetlana Alexievich.   Hot dog loving Chicago ex-pats and Milwaukeeans alike are rejoicing over the news of Portillo’s opening a location in Brookfield’s The Corridor development, projected to open in mid-2016.   The sixth annual Milwaukee Oktoberfest – ­beginning today in Cathedral Square Park ­– is a free-admission celebration of all things German.   The Chicago Cubs – yes, the Cubs! – won the National League wild-card game.
