  • A public hearing was held Tuesday in Madison to debate a bill “that would prohibit transferring or experimenting on fetal tissue from abortions.” See the full report from WisPolitics.
  • The Bucks arena bill is now law after Gov. Walker signed the bipartisan legislation this morning at the Wisconsin State Fair. See video here.
  • Doug Melvin will be stepping down as General Manager of the Milwaukee Brewers after nearly 13 years with the job. He’ll transition into an advisory role when the next GM is selected.
  • Rob Henken of the Public Policy Forum discussed his new report examining marijuana policy in Milwaukee yesterday at the Milwaukee Rotary.
  • Froedtert Health is giving $12 million to Sixteenth Street Community Health Centers for a new clinic.
