Milwaukee Black Restaurant Week is relatively new to the city but the event is making a huge impact. BlankSpaceMKE, an urban art cooperative, will host the event from April 15-21. A variety of restaurants are slated to open their doors and offer special deals to diners who will dig into their mouth-watering, original dishes.
Besides simply widening your taste in cuisine, Black Restaurant Week aims to show the benefits of supporting minority-owned businesses and offers support to entrepreneurs in Milwaukee communities.
