Ardent’s Justin Carlisle uses Instagram (@jcarlisle22479) for more than admiration of artful food.

He archives the restaurant’s double life as an after-hours ramen den, follows his family’s Sparta beef farm, captures random kitchen scenes and also records his travels to work with other cities’ chefs-in-the-limelight.
