Valeri Lucks, managing partner of Honeypie (2643 S. Kinnickinnic Ave.), has had a lot of practice in the pie-making department. That will be apparent when you see the Bay View restaurant’s chief executive pie maker whip together some blueberry PieGrams — from-scratch pastries that can be shipped from the restaurant kitchen to the home of a special someone — in this video.
