The Milwaukee Bucks will donate two Game 4 tickets to fans getting vaccinated on Wednesday prior to the NBA playoff game.
Both Pfizer and Johnson & Johnson COVID vaccines will be administered by the Milwaukee Health Department between 6-7:45 p.m. at the Fiserv Forum Plaza. No appointment is needed.
Each vaccinated individual can scan a QR code to enter the raffle for tickets to watch the Bucks take on the Phoenix Suns inside Fiserv Forum.

The random ticket drawing will take place at 7:45 p.m., 15 minutes prior to the game’s start. The winner will be alerted by phone and will receive the tickets via email upon confirmation.
