Tyrion Lannister won’t be in attendance at the Game of Thrones Beer Dinner at Wolf Peach on April 12. That’s too bad – there’s so much I’d like to know about Season 5. But Wolf Peach partners up five family-style courses with choices from Ommegang Brewery’s Game of Thrones beer series. For course #1, chef Cole Ersel pairs whole smoked steelhead trout with cultured cream, hard-boiled duck egg and buckwheat pancake with Ommegang’s Tripel Perfection Belgian-style Tripel Ale. Other courses include capon and salt pork stew, roasted wild boar shoulder, and mincemeat pie. Sunday, April 12 at 7 p.m. Cost: $75. Limited seating. Call 414-374-8480 for a reservation.
