The Uber Tap Room (1048 N. Old World Third St.) hosts a pairing of four outstanding Wisconsin cheeses with four outstanding beers from The Fermentorium. The tasting runs from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. and costs just $18.

Give Lift Bridge Brewing a try when Ray’s Growler Gallery (8930 W. North Ave.) turns over the taps to the brewer at 5 p.m.
The Milwaukee Beer Society discusses and samples saisons at its weekly meeting from 6 to 9 p.m. at Best Place (901 W. Juneau Ave.).

Raised Grain Brewing’s pop-up beer garden heads to Fox River Park (W264 S4500 River Rd., Waukesha) for the weekend. They’ll be pouring from 4 to 9 p.m. on Thursday and Friday and 3 to 9 p.m. on Saturday.

Central Waters takes over the taps at Milwaukee’s Craft Beer Garden at Humboldt Park (3000 S. Howell Ave.)
Saturday, June 2
Explorium Brewpub (5300 S. 76th St.) hosts its second Summer Launch Bash from 6 p.m. to midnight. Expect live music, brews by a slew of local breweries and general good times.
The Wisconsin Brewery Running Series heads to Big Head Brewing Company (6204 W. State St.). Get there by noon, pay $30, run (roughly) three miles and enjoy a beer for your efforts.
The Brass Tap (7808 W. Layton Ave.) is starting something very cool. Its first brewery tour bus trip starts at 10:30 a.m., and will take 20 lucky participants around town for a beer and a tour at Eagle Park Brewing, Lakefront Brewery and MobCraft. The tour costs just $40.
Good City Brewing hosts another Seek the Good Saturday. Volunteer to help out at the Schlitz Audubon Nature Center (1111 E. Brown Deer Rd.) as they remove invasive garlic mustard. You’ll be there from 9 to 11 a.m. and get a complimentary beer at Good City afterwards. Be sure to register, because these things fill up.
Indeed Brewery hands out samples at Discount Liquor Waukesha (919 N. Barstow St.) from noon to 3 p.m.
Sunday, June 3
Sugar Maple (441 E. Lincoln Ave.) hosts Beers and Cheers, a fundraiser for Fernwood Montessori School from noon to 4 p.m. Sample great beer and participate in an auction and a raffle. Tickets are $50 at the door or $45 in advance.
