Reps from both Hacienda Beer Company and Fair State Brewing Cooperative will be at Ray’s Growler Gallery (8930 W. North Ave.) at 4 p.m. Expect some standout IPAs and a few other treats.
Trouble Makers Cocina returns for another beer dinner at Sugar Maple (441 E. Lincoln Ave.). The four-course event starts at 6 p.m., and doors open at 5 p.m. Tickets are $75.
Thursday, March 17
Explorium Brewpub celebrates St. Patrick’s Day in a big way with a Kill the Keg Pub Crawl. Choose a starting point of either the Glendale (5300 S. 76th St.) or Third Ward (143 W. St. Paul Ave.) Explorium location. A keg of Explorium beer awaits participants at each stop along the way; Just Arts Saloon (181 S. 2nd St.), Indeed Brewing Company (530 S. 2nd St.), O’Lydia’s Bar and Grill (338 S. 1st St.) and Broken Bat Brewing Company (135 E. Pittsburgh Ave.). The party wraps up at the Explorium Third Ward. Cost is $30 or $40, depending upon your starting point, and details are available on the event page.
Celebrate St. Paddy’s Day with New Barons Brewing Cooperative (2018 S. 1st St.). They’ll be pouring Doc O’Clock Irish Stout and handing out free Reuben sliders.

Friday, March 18
It’s an IPA release weekend for 1840 Brewing Company (342 E. Ward St.). Both the beloved The Cashmere Sweater Double IPA and Couple, Two, Tree West Coast IPA are available for presale at 9 a.m. with pickup starting at 3 p.m. You can try both on tap Wednesday after 4 p.m.
Crate Club is happening again at Milwaukee Brewing Company (1128 N. 9th St.) from 5 to 9 p.m. A crate costs $5 and you can fill it up with 20 different beers for $17.
Saturday, March 19
A fashion show is happening at Black Husky Brewing (909 E. Locust St.) at 4 p.m. Models like Black Husky founder Tim Eichinger and Sugar Maple owner Adrienne Pierluissi will strut down the pink carpet to raise money for BigWigs, which supports breast cancer research and provides access to health services for breast cancer patients. They’ll also be pouring a pink beer, and one dollar of each pour benefits BigWigs.
New Barons Brewing Cooperative hosts another Beer Shots and Ladders Tournament from noon to 4 p.m. The adult take on the classic board game Chutes and Ladders pits 12, two-person teams against each other. Cost is $60 per team.
Shred and Stretch comes to Broken Bat Brewery at 10:30 a.m. For just $10 you get a 30-minute high-intensity interval training workout with Shred 415 followed by a 30-minute yoga session from YogaSix.
Gathering Place Brewing Company (811 E. Vienna Ave.) is unveiling a new flagship IPA. Yeah, We Got Beaches is a dry-hopped Midwest IPA that will be released at 2 p.m. when Gathering Place opens.
Sunday, March 20
Company Brewing (735 E. Center St.) hosts a 45-minute yoga session from Collective Flow starting at noon.
