Surly Brewing Co. is taking over the taps at Ray’s Bar (8930 W. North Ave.) from 5:30 to 8 p.m.
Merriment Social (240 E. Pittsburgh Ave.) teams up with Vintage Brewing Co. for a five-course beer dinner. The tasting starts at 6 p.m.
The Tap Yard – Milwaukee (1555 N. RiverCenter Dr.) is handing over a few of its taps to Pilot Project breweries at 4 p.m.
Kokedama is happening at The Tap Yard – Waukesha (1927 E. Sunset Dr.). You get to make the mossy houseplant balls, and get a drink for free, for just $60.

New Barons Brewing Co-op is pouring beer at the Whitefish Bay Beer Garden from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Jewish Community Center (6313 N. Santa Monica Blvd.)

Component Brewing Co. (2018 S. 1st St.) is releasing a West Coast IPA as part of the Tri-21 Project, a global beer collaboration aimed at raising awareness of those with Down Syndrome. A portion of the proceeds from sales of the beer benefit Gigi’s Playhouse.
Brews & Blooms returns to the Wauwatosa Historical Society’s Kneeland-Walker House (7406 Hillcrest Dr.) this weekend. Enjoy craft beer, food, and live music from 4 to 10 p.m. on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Torzala Brewing Company is pouring beer at the beer garden at Klode Park (5960 N. Lake Dr.) from 4 to 9 p.m.
Try samples from Rookery Brewing Co. from 4 to 7 p.m. at Discount Liquor Milwaukee (5031 W. Oklahoma Ave.).
Mash Gang hands out samples of non-alcoholic beer at Discount Liquor Waukesha (919 N. Barstow St.) from 3 to 5 p.m.

Vennture Brew Co. (5519 W. North Ave.) celebrates its seventh anniversary with party, of course. Sevennture means special beer releases, food, and more fun. The beer starts flowing at 11 a.m.
It’s Fruit Beer & Cider Day at both The Tap Yard – Waukesha and The Tap Yard – West Bend (4875 County Hwy. Z). They’ll both be tapping several ciders and four amazing fruit beers, including Strawberry Rhubarb, from New Glarus Brewing.
Three Cellars (N72 W13400 Lund Ln., Menomonee Falls) gives people a chance to brew a beer with them. For $10 you can pitch in and brew a hazy pale ale.
