After Thursday night’s movie theater shooting in Louisiana, the Washington Post has crunched the data on active shooting incidents. They’re going up.

ICYMI, Sen. Ron Johnson made a whoopsie and referred to “idiot inner city kids” on a Madison radio station.

R.J. Johnson and other John Doe targets are breaking their silence. Their forum is a previous source of John Doe criticism, the Wall Street Journal.

Does the recent Milwaukee Lion scare necessitate a state law that bans purchasing exotic animals? (Fox also got the following statement from MPD: “Officers have been advised that, if a lion is located, they should not attempt to capture it but should call for additional resources who will follow the animal until it can safely be put down.” Sorry, Simba.)
