Tosa is all over a certain event that starts today – 10 Days in Tosa. It’s 10 days of rock-’em, sock-’em restaurant deals (Sept. 9-18), along the lines of Downtown Dining Week. The event has 31 restaurants offering $5, $10 and/or $20 menu deals. Restaurants include Blue’s Egg, BelAir Cantina, Eddie Martini’s, Firefly Urban Bar & Grill, Juniper 61, Rocket Baby Bakery, Maxie’s, Meritage and Ristorante Bartolotta.
