The Losers is so bad, it’s occasionally good. Take for instance, the chase scene played to the tune of Journey’s corny “Don’t Stop Believin.” Other — and unfortunately most — moments of this action thriller are just plain bad. Morgan (Watchman, Grey’s Anatomy) leads a renegade group of soldiers out to clear their names and bring down the mysterious megalomaniac who framed them. Or something like that. Instead of maintaining a clear and engaging plot, Losers is content with simply punching, shooting and blowing stuff up. A few laugh-out-loud moments occur, mostly from Evans, but it’s usually just because the dialogue, slow-mo shots and unrealistic action sequences are so ridiculous.
