Restaurant Debut at New Boutique Hotel

Tomorrow is D Day for Jackson’s Blue Ribbon Pub: Downtown, the source of sustenance at The Brewhouse Inn & Suites (otherwise known as the new boutique hotel on the old Pabst brewery grounds.) Following tonight’s soft opening, the bar/restaurant will open at 11 a.m. tomorrow (May 24). For the time being, Jackson’s will serve a limited menu of appetizers, sandwiches, salads and pizzas. Friday fish fry, as well. An early menu incarnation included oysters on the half-shell, a platter of local sausages and cheeses, deep-fried cheese curds, Cobb salad, specialty pizzas, Blue Ribbon burger, Cuban sandwich, etc. ($3.99-$16.99).
