What we’re reading on this beautiful morning:  The Milwaukee Film Fest kicks off tonight and the party doesn’t stop until Oct. 9.  Bed bugs were found in Potawatomi’s casino, but officials say the critters never made it to the bed-filled hotel.  The local homeless shelter Guest House announced that it has raised $2 million to fund an addition and remodeling of its structures.
