All the news that is the news,
here in our Morning Links.

  • Here’s what folks are saying about the new iPhone 6.
  • Little Free Libraries across town are being cleaned out. The books are free, so technically it’s not stealing, “but they’re not being a good neighbor,” says one Wauwatosa resident.
    • Despite the delinquency, the risk didn’t stop one of our contributors from building his own Little Free Library.
  • The City of Milwaukee’s Department of Public Works is accepting nominations for this year’s Christmas tree.
    • Only 98 days left until Christmas!
  • Army General Martin Dempsey voiced his thoughts on air strikes against the terrorist group, ISIS. Air strikes and dependence on Iraqi forces and Sunni tribes alone will be diminutive to the front, says Dempsey.
  • And on a more local front, a former Milwaukee man will spend seven years in prison for conspiring to sell military parts to the Venezuelan Air Force.
