  • The big gubernatorial debate in Eau Claire is tonight. Politifact Wisconsin considers the possibilities. If you miss this one, there’s going to be another face-off in Milwaukee on Oct. 17.
  • Speaking of elections, Wisconsin Public Radio says the state ranks tenth in the percentage of black people unable to vote here because they’re on probation or parole. (We have a ban on that.)
  • They don’t like their electric rate hikes in Madison. About 200 protesters showed up at a related meeting of the state Public Service Commission.
